1. Digital Courses & Online Programs

• All course enrolments, subscriptions, and digital downloads are non-returnable once access has been granted.
• Refunds will only be considered if:
  • You experience technical issues that prevent access to the course and our support team is unable to resolve them within 7 working days.
  • You request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have not consumed more than 20% of the course content.
• No refunds will be issued for:
  • Completed courses.
  • Change of mind or lack of usage.
  • Failure to meet device or internet requirements.

2. Physical Products (if applicable)

• Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products, provided a request is made within 7 days of delivery.
• To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the returned item is inspected.

3. Subscription & Membership Plans

• Any recurring subscription fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.
